PROJECT MANAGER

RPS is seeking a client-side Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Robina on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering projects across multiple sectors, including Defence.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can demonstrate:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Experience in Health, Education, defence or aviation projects (preferred, not essential).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration.
• Proven capability with delivery methodologies such as Full Documentation / Fixed Lump Sum and Design & Construct.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead teams, build and maintain business relationships, and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Completion of a construction site health and safety course.
• Professional qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (desirable).
• AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification (or equivalent) would be highly regarded.
