Job Description Are you an experienced Project Manager who wants to drive marketing impact and operational excellence? Please note there may be a delay in the recruitment process due to Christmas vacation. Relocation is not offered for this position. This role is based in our Billund headquarters. We offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. Core Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project management for priority campaigns (upstream to downstream). Alongside Global Marketing leads, ensure campaign and marketing initiatives are clearly scoped, resourced, and aligned across Audience, Content, and Product teams. Build governance frameworks are understood and adhered to, including roles and responsibilities, decision points, and escalation paths. Drive the end-to-end operational cadence and planning milestones, proactively removing roadblocks to keep projects on track and implementing necessary check points to optimise delivery at both a global and market level. Act as a strategic thought partner to Global Marketing leads, helping them to create synergies across workflows and anticipate downstream needs. Support Global Marketing leads in tracking campaign results, facilitating After Action Reviews, and sharing learnings with the broader team. Recommend, manage, and optimize marketing planning and project management tools (e.g. Monday. Com, Miro, Opal), ensuring adoption and effective utilization. Develop and maintain the use of standardized project templates and operating procedures (e.g. briefs, performance trackers) to ensure consistency and efficiency. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the campaign planning process and across the Marketing & Orchestration team. Provide guidance and support to marketing teams on best practices for project management and workflow adherence. Play your part in our team succeeding This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll be working with a wide variety of teams and marketing disciplines to orchestrate the delivery of priority global campaigns and marketing transformation initiatives across LEGO’s Owned, Earned, and Fan channels. You’ll also be part of a newly formed Marketing Planning team that is on a journey to develop ways of working into a centralised, aligned operational framework across the DCE (Digital Consumer Engagement) Marketing & Orchestration team. Do you have what it takes? Strong organisational and project management experience. Knowledge of end-to-end marketing cycle (from strategy through to execution) and change management is desirable. Confidence working within a complex, matrixed organisations (preferably within Marketing Planning and Operations, an In-House Marketing team, or business transformation). Proven track record of building trust and influence to garner consensus to new ways of working. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in creating compelling presentations and delivering clear messages. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions. Can thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and priorities inherent in a growing company.
