We are recruiting for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex oil and gas projects on time, on budget, and with the highest safety standards. A leading international energy contractor is seeking an experienced professional to take charge of major fabrication and construction projects based in the UAE.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Engineering project management within oil & gas fabrication or EPC environments
  • Aramco / CRPO Projects
  • Welding, manufacturing, and construction processes
  • Contracts, procurement, and financial oversight
  • Planning and scheduling of large-scale technical projects
  • Quality assurance and health & safety standards

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Commercial awareness and contract administration
  • Risk analysis and change management
  • Clear and professional reporting and documentation
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual and internal management system requirements. This includes overseeing planning, cost control, procurement, stakeholder communication, and team leadership across the full project lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and enforce safe work practices in alignment with HSES and site operations
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Collaborate with commercial and contract teams on cost control, invoicing, and reporting
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
  • Monitor labor resources and ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets
  • Manage project changes and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct regular reporting to senior management on project performance and progress
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external project meetings
  • Ensure all project activities comply with internal quality and management systems
