POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and mission-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate client-facing projects and operations, and stakeholder engagement across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse projects—ranging from food waste management operations to awareness campaigns and client training.
The role involves managing projects with both corporate and institutional clients, leading educational trainings, facilitating internal and external communication, and ensuring high-quality delivery of our solutions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in sustainability-related roles.
• Proven ability to manage cross-sector projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate sustainability, waste management, or environmental education is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and any other language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Must be based in Dubai with a preference of a valid UAE residency visa.
• Passionate about sustainability, circular economy, and climate action.
• Comfortable with public speaking, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement.
