OPERATIONS AND HR

  • Create and manage project plans in TeamWork
  • Fully execute the Think and Ink Grants client onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Fully execute the Think and Ink Grants employee and subcontracting onboarding and offboarding process
  • Update the weekly CEO Dashboard to manage KPIs across the organization
  • Update and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee compliance with firm policies
  • Ensure smooth coordination across employees, Contractors, and partners
  • Provide regular status reports and flag risks, bottlenecks, or resource needs
  • Help renew and maintain the firm’s certifications

    Classification: This is a remote, contracted position, working 10-20 hours per week.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be strong in the following skills, abilities, or experience:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, nonprofit management, or a related field; OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must be a self-driven, independent worker, and problem solver.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional project management or client management experience (remote or consulting environment preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Experience working in consulting, nonprofit, or grant writing sectors.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as TeamWork
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales/Marketing, Finance, Operations).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track KPIs and evaluate project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to document and improve processes/SOPs for organizational efficiency.
