ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a highly creative independent, motivated, and well-rounded candidate for a full-time Project Manager position. This position will provide project management functions related to undeveloped properties of the organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage, monitor and report on all planning, engineering, construction and servicing aspects and related activities for the organization’s project sites. You will be focusing on various project schedules and the timely implementation of municipal and regional approvals and servicing programs.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

· A minimum of 5 to 7 years of project management experience is required.
· Demonstrated experience on multi-disciplinary land or re-development teams.
· Strong knowledge of municipal government organization and structure.
· Knowledge of municipal zoning, official plans, subdivision, site plan and condominium approval and registration processes.
· Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory approval and site servicing requirements.
· Knowledge of Planning and Construction Law is an asset.
· Knowledge of environmental issues, requirements and remedies.
