Company Description Chalmers Studentkårs Teknologbolag acts as a bridge between students and the business world. Our operations include events, marketing, consulting assignments, and recruitment projects for external companies. Job Description Roles Project Manager As Project Manager, you hold the overall responsibility for Chalmersloppet. You coordinate the team, create the timeline, and manage communication with external stakeholders. You also lead the long-term development of the event and ensure the vision becomes reality. Functional Manager As Functional Manager, you are the right-hand support to the Project Manager, responsible for ensuring that all the details fall into place. You make sure the work flows according to plan, drive sub-projects, support other team members, and ensure that ideas turn into action. Examples of tasks for both roles: Set the structure and direction for the project team Communicate with key stakeholders (police, companies, sponsors, etc.) Design the event layout and logistics (route, schedule, permits) Coordinate purchases, marketing, and communication Qualifications Studies at Chalmers Has at least one year remaining in their studies Wants to gain experience in leadership, planning, communication, or event management Enjoys taking responsibility and working in a team Has strong organizational skills, is structured and proactive Is excited about a meaningful, fun, and challenging role Additional Information Workload: Flexible, approximately 8 hours/week Compensation: As an employee in a student-run company, no traditional hourly wage is provided, but you have the opportunity to earn commission based on your work.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager and Functional Manager are responsible for the overall coordination, planning, and execution of the Chalmersloppet event. This includes managing stakeholders, logistics, marketing, and ensuring the project vision is successfully implemented.
