Learn more at www.tolin.com General Description: Tolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Silverthorne Branch. We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below. Our Project Managers play a pivotal role in redeeming project unit gross profit objectives through subordinate organization, while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high quality manner. Responsibilities for Project Manager: Project executions and project redemption Documentation and status reporting Manage and control equipment and material utilization and costs Internal company relations and partnership External relations with outside vendors and customers Delegate and organize field employees Project planning and scheduling Requisition, negotiate, and audit subcontracts Quoting and selling changes in the work Settling open disputes and claims with customers Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Compensation & Benefits: Average Starting Salary: $85,000-$105,000 annually. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
