PROJECT MANAGER - IT TRANSFORMATION

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 6-month contract to lead IT transformation projects. This role is focused on the full project lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5-10 years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Proven experience with IT transformation and SaaS platform deployments (Salesforce Field Services experience is a bonus).
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, both onshore and offshore.
• Strong financial management skills, including forecasting and budget tracking.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to chair workshops and Steering Committees.
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, including Digital, SharePoint, End-User Computing, and innovative technology changes.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, including business case development, design, build, testing, and handover to support.
• Manage project finances, including forecasting and tracking, and provide regular status reports to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors, including managing the vendor selection and evaluation process.
• Actively manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications at all levels, including C-level executives.
