You will help structure complex topics, develop concepts, and translate them into executable work packages. Job Description Drive and support transformation initiatives not only from a governance perspective, but also from a conceptual and operational perspective like Data harmonization & master data management Customer Experience (CX) 2.0 Process harmonization initiatives Implementation of new software solutions as part of a Composable Stack Gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements together with business and IT stakeholders Developing concepts, target operating models, and implementation approaches Translating strategic initiatives into clear deliverables, timelines, and actionable work packages Preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, steering committee materials, and decision documents Breaking down complex initiatives into detailed Jira epics, stories, and tasks for execution tracking Monitoring project progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation activities across multiple workstreams Acting as a sparring partner and consultant for business stakeholders on organizational and process-related topics Ensuring transparency, governance, and structured communication across projects and teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience Approximately 3 - 4 years of relevant professional experience in PMO, consulting, transformation, or project management environments Initial experience in Business / IT transformation or digitalization projects is highly desirable Strong ability to quickly understand new topics, processes, and system landscapes Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions Experience working with agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence Understanding process design, data structures, and system integrations is considered a plus PMI certification or comparable project management certification is considered a plus Fluency in English; German at least B2 level Additional Information In addition to a secure position in an internationally successful, rapidly growing, and family-friendly corporate group, you can also look forward to: Attractive remuneration package (split into 13 salaries) 30 days of vacation Flexible working hours and a flexitime account for better work-life balance Company pension scheme (BAV) On-site cafeteria with subsidized lunches Individual training and development opportunities Regular employee events Employee referral bonus Corporate benefits program Subsidy for public transport (job ticket) Free employee parking Our company headquarters in Bergkirchen is conveniently located directly on the A8 and is easily accessible from the west and north of Munich, as well as from surrounding cities such as Dachau, Augsburg, Pfaffenhofen, or Freising.
