Monitor and control project financials, including invoicing, expenses, and cash flow while managing associated risks and opportunities. Ensure all project activities comply with contractual agreements and Hitachi Energy policies, overseeing procurement processes as needed. Serve as the key point of contact for the customer, resolving project issues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy’s health, safety, and environmental policies within all project activities. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration to enhance team performance. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing medium-sized projects including commercial, contractual and team leadership aspects. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
