ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation project management.
• A degree in a related field is required.
• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Demonstrated experience managing INDOT/LPA transportation projects.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.

• Lead and manage transportation projects in compliance with INDOT and LPA guidelines.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and specifications in consultation with stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members in best practices and methodologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
