Position: Project Manager – Exterior Facade (Window Wall & Cladding)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in exterior facade systems—specifically window wall and cladding—for high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in facade installation, with strong technical understanding, field coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Procore and Fieldwire is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Interior materials and finishes.
• Proven track record in managing high-rise construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Procore, Fieldwire, and Bluebeam.
• Solid understanding of facade detailing, sequencing, and installation processes.
• Exceptional coordination, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field is an asset.

• Manage full project lifecycle for Interior materials on high-rise developments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress tracking using Procore and Fieldwire.
• Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to meet milestones and resolve issues.
• Review shop drawings, mark-ups, and details using Bluebeam.
• Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines.
• Issue RFIs, manage submittals, and ensure close-out documentation is completed.
• Support budget tracking, cost control, and value engineering exercises.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports throughout the project.
