ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager you will be responsible to collaborate closely with internal and external clients, to guarantee the seamless execution of all projects within their purview. The Project Manager assumes accountability for supervising the operational aspects of the project, stepping in once the project is nearly finalized by the Sales team.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor project schedule and scope to ensure both remain on track. Initiate and implement appropriate actions. Proactively engage in both quality assurance and risk management activities to ensure project results are met according to client requirements.
• Coordinate and drive internal cross functional teams to meet program results.
• Handle technical issues, risks, and priorities.
• Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build project schedules to identify when each task will be done and by whom. Handle project schedules and lead enforcement of project deadlines in response to the client requirements.
• Proactively identify resource constraints and work on creative solutions. Handle the unexpected gracefully and optimally.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze needs and requirements.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Serve as the conduit and act as liaison between the customers (internal and external) and technical teams.
• Maintain key relationships with partners of project, mainly internal 70% but also external 30%. Escalation via Teamleader Project Management.
• Collaborate with finance to initiate monthly invoicing and reconciliation.
