JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager, who brings not only professionalism and efficiency but also a fun, approachable leadership style to the team. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring the successful execution of complex projects, from planning through to delivery, while also fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a results-driven mindset, while creating a positive and collaborative work environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of creative and technical projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Team Leadership: Proven ability to confidently lead meetings and manage multiple projects simultaneously with unwavering attention to details, while fostering collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective Communication: Foster effective communication channels with clients, creative and technical project teams, business division leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are informed of project status, milestones, and any potential issues. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Planning & Alignment: Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure deliverables are efficiently met on time and within budget.
• Project Set-Up & Monitoring: Provide project set up including project execution plans, billing elements, monitoring job status reporting and post-project reviews.
• Budget & Timeline Analysis: Regularly analyze and review project budgets and timelines and current job status to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Audit & Profitability Reviews: Conduct routine audits of project progress and review profitability to ensure that all aspects of the project are being executed efficiently.
• Project Oversight & Delivery: Oversee complex technical project lifecycles?from business case to execution?ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget by developing plans, managing resources, leading teams, engaging stakeholders, and mitigating risks with accurate billing.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, including billing, reporting, and forecasting to enhance operational efficiency.
• Profitability Reporting: Report project profitability to management as requested/needed, ensuring clear communication of financial performance.
• Invoicing & Billing: Accurately manage and execute monthly invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing according.
• Variance Management: Investigate project variances, provide variance reports, discuss potential solutions, and collaborate with the project team and management to resolve issues.
• WorkBook Platform Expertise: Actively pursue training to become an expert in using the Deltek WorkBook project management platform (if not already experienced) to streamline project operations and ensure smooth execution.
