Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Project Manager- TS/SCI for a world leading technology organization in the Raleigh Durham, North Carolina area. The Project Manager – TS/SCI will work a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The Project Manager – TS/SCI must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER – TS/SCI INCLUDE:

• ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• 3+ years of professional project management experience
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall
• Ability to influence others and build /maintain relationships within the org to guide effective teams
• Strong understanding of project management principles

• Manage multiple projects at a time
• Influence and hold other teams accountable to project scope and initiatives
• Lead project and program teams through Agile ceremonies such as Commits, Demos, Retrospectives
• Proactively communicate to senior leadership on project progress and risks
