Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Deliver end‑to‑end project management in line with government policies, procurement rules, and assurance frameworks. Ensure projects meet time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements. Support development of project success criteria and reporting requirements. Manage governance, risk, WHS, and environmental obligations. Lead project planning, scheduling, and documentation. Manage change control, financial tracking, and funding approvals. Coordinate communication between government stakeholders, consultants, and delivery partners. Prepare project reports, briefs, dashboards, and committee updates. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement. Build strong client relationships and support stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture Project Management qualifications or equivalent experience. Design, management, or construction experience within the general construction environment. 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably within similar sectors. Thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle from conception to completion and post‑project review. Strong knowledge of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Experience leading and facilitating cross‑functional teams on medium‑sized construction projects of medium to high complexity. Business development experience, including growing accounts and cross‑selling services. Experience working within a client‑focused environment. Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project management adhering to government policies, procurement rules, and assurance frameworks, ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements. Key duties include managing governance, risk, WHS, environmental obligations, leading planning and scheduling, managing change control, and coordinating communication among various stakeholders.
