Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in master planning, urban development, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubai’s planning regulations, authority approval processes, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate master plan modifications and infrastructure development initiatives. Assess the impact of planning changes on approved parameters, including GFA, population, and traffic studies (TIS). Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations (DCR) and plot guidelines. Oversee consultant submissions and ensure alignment with authority requirements. Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, consultants, and government entities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, actionable updates. Maintain financial oversight, including payment approvals and budget tracking. Qualifications Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE. Proven track record in master planning, urban planning, and infrastructure delivery. Strong knowledge of Dubai Master Plan guidelines and local authority procedures. Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
