The responsibilities include: Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders To produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports Support design management and procurement activities. Support stakeholder consultation and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders Ability to work autonomously and within varied and complex team working arrangements. High quality reporting and deliverables in relation to work status, project deliverables and requirements. Be organised and effective in the provision of support services to the wider team. Always seeking new work opportunities. Be confident and able to work within an embedded client role delivering projects on their behalf using their systems. Ability to work across multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously, managing priorities and deliverables Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Contribute to and develop a great team culture. Qualifications Proven business case writing skills. Formal qualifications in design, engineering or project management. Critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively (written and oral). A minimum of 5 - 10 years project management experience, preferably in Government sector A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
