You will manage project teams, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain effective project governance. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Define and support the achievement of project success criteria including time, cost, quality, and performance. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. Monitor project finances and ensure alignment with budgetary targets with the project quantity surveyor team. Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders. Manage the flow of project information through meetings and written communications. Governance & Reporting Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems. Prepare formal project progress reports and other documentation. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants throughout all project stages. Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and escalate to senior management. Ensure key learnings and project data are captured in internal knowledge systems. 岗位概述项目经理全面负责中小型建设工程及办公类工程项目的整体落地与全周期交付，对项目进度、成本、质量、安全及整体绩效结果负责。统筹项目团队、协调所有参建单位，建立规范的项目管理体系，确保项目高质量、合规、按期、按预算达成交付目标。主要工作职责项目计划统筹与落地执行明确项目成功交付标准，全面统筹进度、成本、质量、安全及绩效目标达成。独立编制、动态优化及维护详细项目实施计划与总进度管控体系。配合工料测量团队开展项目成本跟踪、预算管控与支出审核，确保项目可控、不超预算。主导项目变更管理，严格执行变更审批、溯源、存档流程，保证全过程资料完整、规范、可追溯。团队管理与跨方统筹协调带领、统筹及管理项目跨职能团队，合理分工、推进任务落地、把控交付质量。搭建并维护业主、咨询、总包、分包等所有相关方的高效沟通协作机制。通过会议机制、书面报告、同步纪要等方式，标准化管理项目信息流转，保证信息透明、同步、无误。项目管理、合规与报告管理落地并持续优化公司项目管理制度、流程及管理体系，保证项目运作标准化。定期输出正式项目进度报告、阶段总结、专项汇报及各类项目归档资料。严格落实质量、安全、职业健康、环境管理体系要求，确保项目全过程合规可控。客户对接、业务维护与沉淀作为项目核心对接人，全程负责与业主、顾问团队的沟通、汇报及问题协调。主动挖掘存量客户潜在业务机会，及时汇总、分析并向上级管理层汇报。复盘项目经验、问题、亮点及关键数据，沉淀至公司知识管理体系，实现经验复用。 Qualifications Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally. Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
