Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Project Manager who is collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven to join our Global Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. About the role You will lead and oversee high-impact programs and projects that drive integration and transformation; Including digital initiatives, across the Global Supply Chain. You are going to deliver measurable outcomes, manage complex stakeholders, and ensure alignment across interconnected initiatives for long-term value creation. Who you will work with You will collaborate with a diverse, multi-cultural team of leaders, project sponsors, business owners, and external partners. What you will do You will scope, plan, and resource programs and projects in line with business priorities and governance. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project plans with clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines. You will manage cross-functional teams, secure resources, and provide operational mentorship to drive consistent delivery. You will oversee project budgets, resource allocation, risks, and scheduling, acting as the single point of contact for planning information. You will engage stakeholders, ensure transparent communication, and manage transitions for sustainable solutions. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and promoting project and change management best practices across the team. Interested?For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills: You hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, and certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, or APICS are considered a strong advantage. You bring proven supply chain knowledge within a complex, global biopharma context. You are skilled in project and change management, with experience leading cross-functional teams. You are curious about technologies and held roles encompassing digital components. You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying risks and implementing effective solutions. You are fluent in English and thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
