UGL Industrial & Resources are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Outages team. Based on site at various locations during onsite maintenance events predominately in Southeast and Central Queensland, and in the Brisbane Office or remotely during non-outage periods, this role is to provide senior supervisory support and management for the efficient and productive delivery of outage services to our clients. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: · Lead, coordinate and manage all requirements for outages and overhauls - Health & Safety - Project controls, finance, variations, procurement - Resourcing requirements and collaboration with the recruitment function · Site plans in conjunction with Client Overhaul Manager – facilities, consumables & tooling · Schedule analyses to identify critical path · Contractual KPI’s and performance deliverables · UGL and Client compliance and governance · Focus on continuous improvement and efficiencies About You: · Relevant trade / tertiary qualifications and / or equivalent job-related experience · Relevant field-based experience in the role of Senior Superintendent / Superintendent · Demonstrated experience and understanding of an outages execution process · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within heavy industry or continuous processing plant, preferably on shutdowns, overhauls, outages or a maintenance environment · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Proficiency in SAP Material Management · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with well-honed negotiation skills · Ability to work effectively in a team within a challenging environment About Us: UGL Pty Limited is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services.
