Description
Lead workforce management implementations across multiple locations and environments. Define project scope, develop and maintain detailed plans, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Be the main point of contact for clients — managing expectations and fostering strong relationships. Partner with cross-functional teams, including consultants, support, and engineering, to align on goals and deliver outcomes. Oversee the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, quality delivery, testing, deployment, risk mitigation, and reporting. Prepare and present regular project updates, including status reports and executive briefings. Proactively manage escalations and lead senior stakeholder discussions. Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and identify opportunities to add value. 2-5 years managing enterprise-level, multi-workstream project deployments either in a project manager or senior project coordinator role. Proven track record delivering software implementation projects end to end. Workforce management experience highly regarded. Confident managing multiple projects while maintaining strategic focus. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability. Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills — comfortable presenting to executives. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio. Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused. Skilled in prioritisation, issue and risk management. Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field advantageous. PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
