Uniconnect Networks is seeking a driven, organized, and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial low-voltage installations — including structured cabling, security systems, home automation, networking, and access control. You’ll be responsible for leading projects from planning to close-out while coordinating field teams, managing schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience managing low-voltage, electrical, or construction projects
• Solid knowledge of structured cabling, access control, CCTV, or smart home automation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and own vehicle
• Proficient with tools like Google Drive, Excel, and project tracking tools (or willing to learn)
• Must be able to read site drawings, cable plans, and blueprints

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across the Lower Mainland
• Manage job timelines, labor scheduling, and daily technician dispatching
• Coordinate with builders, site supervisors, and clients to keep jobs on track
• Review site plans, scope documents, and drawings to ensure accuracy
• Order and track materials, tools, and equipment
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve issues on the ground
• Provide job updates, progress reports, and forecasts to management
• Assist in hiring and mentoring field techs and lead hands
