Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lofthouse, United Kingdom. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects within our organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other external partners • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure or utilities projects • HNC/HND or degree in a construction/engineering discipline, or equivalent experience • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable • Strong organisational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders • Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and reporting tools • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, resources, and risks • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices • Ability to interpret technical information, including construction drawings and specifications CSCS card (Managers/Professionals level) is preferred • SSSTS or SMSTS certification is desirable • Full UK driving licence • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
