JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervising multiple crews on a daily basis.
• Conduct various meetings with the crews.
• Follow all general and safety policies, procedures and practices.
• Interpret Blueprints.
• Perform regular site visits and interact with site superintendents or foremen.
• Forecast and order material that is not typically in stock.
• Attend site meetings.
• Coordinate deliveries, cranes, trucks, etc..
• Document progress and take pictures on each job site.
• Assist workers with project specific safety requirements.
• Ensure deadlines are met with each project.
• Inspect work in progress.
• Coordinate with safety officer to ensure all projects run efficiently and safely.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in flat roofing (5 years minimum).
• Experience in a similar position (Foreman/Supervisor).
• Good leadership.
• Ability to supervise and lead crews.
• Ability to conduct various meeting with the crews.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Safety tickets (WHMIS, and Fall Pro) - Recertification can/will be provided for hired workers, in the course of employment.
