The RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, focusing on the seamless execution of each stage in the project lifecycle. They manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. From the receipt of purchase orders to installation and commissioning, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all activities, resources, and stakeholders involved in the project.
Responsibilities
- Project Initiation: Review POs, coordinate with departments for requirements.• Handover and Kick-off: Conduct meetings for information transfer and setting objectives.• Design Phase: Manage design process, facilitate client sign-off meetings.• Procurement: Collaborate for component sourcing, oversee timely delivery.• Assembly and Testing: Coordinate assembly, manage FAT activities.• Shipping and Logistics: Plan shipping logistics, monitor schedules.• Installation and Commissioning: Coordinate site activities, oversee commissioning.• Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, prepare progress reports.• ISO Integrated Management Systems: Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
