UBT is a diversified business consultancy that supports clients with business-advisory and group-buying services with the objective to help businesses develop a competitive edge. UBT provides services and products to approximately 3,000 independent, family-owned businesses globally. The majority are small to medium sized enterprises with typical annual revenue ranging between £1m-£100m+ Role Purpose We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the successful build and rollout of a Global Freight Management System. This will be a single source solution for our large network of businesses to cost, manage, track and optimise all modes of domestic and international freight. You’ll be responsible for delivering the project on time, within scope, and on budget, while coordinating with international teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across regions. Monitor project milestones, budgets, and performance metrics. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain strong relationships with software vendors and service providers. Proven experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Transportation, or Business Administration. Proven experience in logistics or supply chain project management. Strong understanding of transportation modes, pricing, customs regulations, and export compliance. Excellent commercial skills Familiarity in front-end web and app development. Familiarity with major APIs and software architecture (preferred) Salary £70,000-£90,000 Neg, DOE Car / Car Allowance Private Healthcare Bonus Scheme Hybrid Working available but the successful applicant must be able to commit to an office presence in Warwick (or London) at least 3/4 days a week.y IND25
