This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. Responsibilities
  • Manage Trial Documentation and Processes: Prepare and maintain study protocols, case report forms, and operational documents while overseeing site identification and recruitment.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Handle ethics submissions, trial registration, and liaise with the University’s Office of Research Ethics and Integrity regarding sponsorship and contracts.
  • Coordinate Trial Operations: Oversee data management, support trial nurses across multiple sites, and manage site-specific payments and budgets.
  • Maintain Quality and Safety Standards: Conduct data quality monitoring, site audits, and coordinate safety monitoring, including adverse event reporting and management.
