In this senior role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of projects, aligning business objectives with technical solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the student experience. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable plans, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and ensuring that project outcomes deliver real value to the University.

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication of risks and progress, and a clear understanding of digital transformation in a university setting will be essential for success in this role.

Specific accountabilities for this role include:

  • Analyse business problems, project opportunities, and align business needs with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across UNSW to understand business needs and document business requirements.
