POSITION TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER – UPSTATE MARKET

The Project Manager will lead and manage 3 or more commercial construction projects simultaneously, with individual project values ranging from $5M to $15M. The PM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time,within budget, and with a relentless focus on quality and safety.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or plus years of equivalent experience
  • Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • State Issued Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to read and evaluate architectural/MEP drawings and relevant contract documents
  • Thorough understanding of construction codes and working knowledge of all trades and OSHA safety requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interact and collaborate at all levels
  • Computer literate and capable of using MS Word, Excel, internet/email, MS Project, and an iPad/laptop.
  • Experience with Procore
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Effective listener and communicator; able to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and coworkers
  • Committed work ethic and alignment with company values.
