At urbanbubble, we’re all about driving positive change. With a mix of business and tech projects in the pipeline, we’re looking for two Project Managers to support our Residential and Build to Rent business areas, to help us make it all happen. Based in Manchester, you’ll be at the heart of our change program, making sure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and deliver big results.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

• Proven Project Management Experience: You’ve led multiple projects end-to-end, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Relevant Qualifications: A project management certification like PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile would be great, but hands-on experience is just as valuable.
• Change Management Expertise: You’re comfortable managing change and know how to introduce new tools, processes, or systems effectively.
• Stakeholder Management Skills: You’ve worked with everyone from senior leaders to operational teams, and you know how to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
• Experience with Risk and Issue Management: You’ve successfully identified, assessed, and mitigated risks on projects.
• A Track Record of Continuous Improvement: You’re always looking for ways to do things better and contribute to a culture of progress and innovation.
