NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Remote User Experience Project Manage to join our team for a 6+ month contract role. Must be flexible to work Central time zone hours.
Pay rate $70-$80 per hour.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years AI based solution implementation experience
• 5 years Agile/Product Delivery Experience
• 2+ years Service Now experience
• 5+ years computer software experience, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
• 5+ years computer hardware and software experience

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Manage backup, security and user help system.
• Operating smaller budget projects.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
