• Effective management of projects on budget, quality and time, as well as the handover of implemented projects to the service operations team
• Manage scope definition and estimation phase of customer project and create customer documentation, based on input from all internal stakeholders, acceptance criteria and execute the project
• Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
• Create cost estimation and pre-sales support for potential projects
• Project execution to contract fulfillment, including triggering of invoices and milestone payments
• Close collaboration with Sales Managers, Solution Architects and Customer Service Managers in Sales, as well as the Professional Services team
