PROJECT MANAGER

Are you looking for a Project Manager role? Interested in working for a leading consultancy that deliver on contemporary and heritage projects?
Due to organic growth VANRATH are recruiting a Project Manager to work on exciting architectural projects in Belfast and across Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, including full pre and post contract duties e.g.:

• Liaise with client, consultants, contractors, suppliers to ensure information, costs, profitability and value, meet the requirements of each project.
• Contract administration.
• Production of employer requirements.
• Chairing and minuting meetings.
• Management of value engineering workshops.
• Site and works inspection.
• Inspection of works on completion.
