SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Completed technical university degree;
• Years of experience in project management;
• Project Management Certification Level - C according to GPM standard;
• Experience in responsible leadership;
• Willingness to travel worldwide;
• Negotiation and communication skills;
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting;
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working, open-mindedness and teamwork, assertiveness;
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment;
• Fluency in negotiation skills in English (spoken and written).

• Being responsible for execution of performance- and quality-appropriate planning and implementation of projects (project leadership) of smaller to medium size and complexity (technological novelty; development share and risk) or of sub-projects while adhering to cost and schedule constraints;
• Ensuring all relevant measures for the accomplishment of the respective project success in line with the company’s objectives;
• Executing national and international contracts;
• Sustainable maintenance of customer contacts in the interest of project fulfillment (possibly in coordination with Sales);
• Ensuring contract, risk, and claim management externally and internally (in cooperation with the respective departments);
• Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary responsibility);
• Conducting negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers in coordination with the relevant departments;
• Supervising suppliers during project execution in coordination with the procurement department (subject responsibility);
• Supporting sales in acquisition activities;
• Ensuring targeted project communication internally and externally;
• Monitoring and evaluating progress, as well as creating reports from controlling reports.
