JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 12-15 years of experience in management of ASME authorized fabrication facility for execution of shop projects involving pressure vessels and process packages and site piping projects. Leadership skills with ability to take decisions in line with the project requirements. Excellent computer skills and man management. To take charge of complete project and client interaction. End-to-end handling of project including planning, commercial, scheduling etc. In-depth experience on reviewing work procedures, execution plans, and contract specific work procedures is necessary. Technical knowledge in materials, welding, coating/painting procedures.
• Overall project management and control of different projects related to ASME Sec VIII Div 1 and 2 coded pressure vessels and process equipment.
• Overall project management and control of different site projects for process piping.
• Focal point for all activities from resource and equipment planning, workforce recruitment, induction and control, and completion schedule management till commissioning of the project. Planning and scheduling of works for fabrication, construction, and erection. Resolved problems and give instructions for any technical queries. Prepare progress reports for projects and mention all modification works.
• Schedule for manpower, material, and equipment’s. Monitor all supplies provided by external vendors and ensure that all of the material is in accordance with specifications and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• B Tech, BE /M tech (Mechanical/Production)
• 12-15 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Must possess at least ten years of construction experience in site construction for the O&G sector.
• Must be willing for site deputation in the GCC.
• GCC driving license preferable though not necessary.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED12,600.00 - AED15,000.00 per mont
