HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will work for a fourth-generation, privately owned and operated company for over 100 years, is New York’s preeminent provider of plumbing, heating & air conditioning, fire protection and green solution services.
The HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will oversee all aspects of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects, from initial planning and design through to installation and project closeout. This role is crucial to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
An Ideal HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will have HVAC-specific experience and good tenure.

HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Role

  • Perform field coordination of all HVAC trades.
  • Review material and equipment submittals and release for fabrication.
  • Prepare and price change order scopes.
  • Attend on-site job meetings and represent project interests.
  • Prepare monthly billing and review subcontractor/vendor invoicing.
  • Draft business correspondence (emails and letters).
  • Prepare and manage closeout documentation.

HVAC Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in HVAC or construction.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and technologies.
Responsibilities
