Description

VicTrack is seeking an experienced Change & Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our Future Ready transformation program. Supporting organisation-wide culture and capability initiatives, this position will drive meaningful change that strengthens our workforce, builds capability and prepares VicTrack for the future. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Capability, you will lead the people side of change for the Future Ready program, ensuring transformation initiatives are successfully delivered, adopted and embedded across the organisation. This role combines strategic change management with hands-on project delivery and offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders, employees and key stakeholders across the business. Please note, this is a 3-year fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities: Lead organisational change for the Future Ready program: Develop and implement change strategies that support successful transformation outcomes
Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment and sponsorship effectiveness
Deliver communication, engagement and change readiness activities
Identify and address barriers to adoption and manage resistance constructively
Support leaders to embed new behaviours, mindsets and ways of working
