· Understanding the scope of contract, study the drawings, specifications and other project specific documents.
· Establish the schedule for the specific scope, plan and allot the resources specially manpower, supervision, equipment required.
· Coordinate with HR if required, to ensure timely mobilization of the additional resources if required.
· Establish work methods, prepare documentations required to be approved before start of work.
· Ensure all HSE and Quality requirements of the Contract has been met and start work.
· Coordinate with Client on availability of any free issue Material and schedule of delivery.
· Ensure all tools, tackles, consumable and work access is available to start work.
· Ensure Team skills meet job requirement, and front line supervision are updated regularly on job scope, target schedules, QC and HSE requirement.
· Ensure work progress as per schedule, availability of material, to enable smooth progress.
· Ensure flow of reports both internal and external
· On physical completion of specific scope ensure all punch list items completed, assembly / installation drawings prepared & submitted, test pack documentation completed & submitted to client.
· Ensure billing is completed as per contract & any variations, all payments collected from client & contract completion certificate obtained.
· Prepare internal contract close out report including analysis of cost incurred vs budget, lessons learnt, recommendations to management on possible improvements.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Management: 10 years (Required)
• mechanical construction for oil & gas: 10 years (Preferred)
