Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality, timelines, and budget. Establish and monitor project governance frameworks, delivery KPIs, and quality matrices. Conduct SteerCo meetings and prepare executive reports, weekly, and monthly delivery dashboards for leadership visibility. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews across distributed teams. Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and collaboration across global teams. Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burndown charts, defect density, etc.) to drive accountability and transparency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and executives to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes. Manage project resourcing, capacity planning, and optimize team performance through proactive engagement and coaching. Handle escalations, manage risks, and drive resolution through effective negotiation and problem-solving. Support portfolio-level planning and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across projects.
