Zur Verstärkung unseres lokalen Produktionszentrums in Haan suchen wir eine Project Manager (w/m/d) mit Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management (SCM) und der Einführung neuer Produkte (NPI). In dieser Rolle leiten Sie bereichsübergreifende Projekte und verantworten Technologieübergänge von der Entwicklung bis zur nachhaltigen Markteinführung. Ihr Fokus liegt auf Design for X (DfX)-Anforderungen und der Integration in Auftragsmanagement, Logistik, Fertigung, Planung und Einkauf. Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten: Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung der Marktreife neuer Produkte gemäß festgelegter Projektmeilensteine Überwachung und Steuerung des gesamten Projektverlaufs von der Initiierung bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung unter Einhaltung von Kosten-, Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Zeitvorgaben Koordination funktionsübergreifender Aktivitäten mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern zur Erreichung der Projektziele Entwicklung von Projektplänen, Identifikation potenzieller Risiken und Implementierung von Gegenmaßnahmen Aufbau von Partnerschaften mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Ressourcenbeschaffung und Sicherstellung der Projektumsetzung Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Designkontrollen, Produktionsprozessen, Qualitätssicherungssystemen und regulatorischen Anforderungen innerhalb des NPI- und SCM-Bereichs Enge Kommunikation mit übergreifenden Abteilungen und Lieferanten Durchführung professioneller Meetings und Workshops zur Projektkoordination sowie Eskalation und Lösung von Problemen und Abweichungen Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit einem technischen Schwerpunkt Mehrjährige Erfahrung in globalen NPI-Prozessen mit Verantwortung für Kosten, Qualität, Compliance und Zeitpläne sowie in der Umsetzung komplexer, interdisziplinärer Projekte Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools (idealerweise Microsoft Project) und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) Zertifizierung als Project Management Professional (PMP) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation Kenntnisse im regulatorischen Umfeld der Medizintechnik (ISO 13485) Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse #LI-OS1 #LI-Hybrid Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. Responsibilities
