Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Protocol Analysis & Remediation project from initiation through completion for a client. This engagement focuses on reducing risks associated with lateral movement, insecurity protocol usage, and aligning with zero trust architecture. This role is pivotal to ensuring the project’s success in enhancing the security posture of the organization by managing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities across all phases of the project lifecycle, while driving measurable outcomes that enhance the organization’s security posture.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT or security-related project management, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of the Protocol Analysis & Remediation initiative.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines in alignment with project goals and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical SMEs, security architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure timely and effective delivery of project milestones.
  • Proactively identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with the organization’s cybersecurity objectives.
  • Provide regular project updates and dashboards to senior management, stakeholders, and the wider project team.
  • Lead and facilitate recurring project meetings, sprint planning (if applicable), and status reviews.
