PROJECT MANAGER (WAREHOUSE MANAGER)

Overview: T47 International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Warehouse Manager) to lead operations at the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary National Supply Center (ANSC). This role is the primary on-site authority overseeing all contract performance, warehouse operations, logistics functions, and customer service.
Location: Granite City, IL – Onsite at U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary National Supply Center
Clearance: Ability to pass NACI/FBI fingerprint check
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 15 years of warehouse operations experience.
· Proven leadership in logistics and supply chain management.
· Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse safety practices.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· U.S. citizenship or legal residency required.

· Direct daily warehouse, logistics, shipping, and customer service operations in alignment with PWS requirements.
· Manage stock levels, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
· Supervise, train, and mentor staff to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
· Serve as the main liaison between T47 International, USCG leadership, and other stakeholders.
· Maintain compliance with all Government regulations, security requirements, and safety protocols.
· Provide monthly progress and inventory reports.
