Project Manager - Warehouse. Commercial. Factories, Industrial
Can work remote. Travel to sites 3-4 days per month for site inspections
Refrigeration Experience. Ground-up and refitting, renovation experience.
Our team includes seasoned certified construction professionals cross-trained in design, project and risk management, and health and safety compliance. Cross-training makes our team collaborative, cognizant and confidently pragmatic in understanding design and construction issues.
Working with: Large Scale Chillers, Coolers, Electrical, Plumbing.

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience required; a minimum of 5 years of project management experience required.
  • Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and project closeout documents for projects required
  • Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed required
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving, adapting, and staying calm under pressure. The Project Manager sells and develops work with specific clients, ultimately leading to a “seller/doer” dual role. By understanding our client’s challenges, building partnerships with them, and providing creative solutions to those challenges, the Project Manager will not only develop existing clients but also establish new ones.
The Project Manager coordinates contracts with the client, subcontractors, purchase orders, daily correspondence, and all other project related documents. The Project Manager is responsible for all project financials, and reviews/manages/approves subcontractor payments. The Project Manager clearly communicates updates to the client, management, and project team, as well as prepares for and attends monthly project review meetings with operations.
