  • Some experience in project coordination, financial management, or resource planning.
  • Analytical skills with attention to budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project) and financial tools (e.g. Excel) Experience in the use of Oracle, Salesforce and Workday systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and engineers to monitor project expenditures and forecast financial needs.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with resource availability.
  • Assist in procurement processes, tenders, managing project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Track project performance, identifying potential cost overruns or resource shortages.
  • Maintain and manage documentation related to project financials & contracts.
  • Support risk assessment efforts, helping to mitigate financial and resourcing challenges.
  • Use project management software and financial tools to maintain accurate records and reports
