We Build Recruitment are looking for a Project Manager to start with an established construction company on 30/06/2025.
The projects are based across the Greater Manchester/north west area. All school projects and you will be strictly managing the health and safety, RAMS, and development of the projects as well as overseeing the site managers/supervisors on site. You will be required to manage roughly 3 projects at any given time.
This role is due to run for 10 weeks and is paying £300 per day based on an 8 hour day.

Job Role:

• Have full responsibility for projects from the start through to handover ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, safely and to the highest of standards
• Being responsible for the profitability of the overall project and report any changes to the agreed, planned details
• Managing multiple projects at the same time ensuring each one is given the attention it requires
• Maintain accurate commercial and progress reporting
• Communicate with the QS on any commercial changes

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous project manager experience.
• CSCS Card
