This role is ideal for professionals who excel in operational planning, execution ownership, and end-to-end project delivery across manufacturing, installation, and supply chain functions. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, ensure seamless execution of client and internal projects, and drive operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle—concept, planning, production, delivery, installation, and final handover. Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, scope, workflow sequencing, installation charts, procurement schedules, and resource allocation. Create production schedules with factories/vendors, ensuring alignment with operational capacity and client design requirements. Monitor progress against milestones, identify execution risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, installation guidelines, and site readiness requirements. Operational & Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate with manufacturing units, warehouse teams, logistics partners, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely production and dispatch. Oversee material planning, procurement, inventory control, quality checks, and packaging standards for all furniture items. Manage vendor performance by monitoring cost, delivery timelines, quality, and compliance with technical specifications. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, interior designers, and project consultants. Conduct project review meetings, status reporting, site coordination discussions, and installation progress updates. Build long-term client relationships through reliability, accountability, and service excellence. Site Management & Installation Supervise installation teams to ensure smooth execution on-site. Resolve technical challenges, site conflicts, and unforeseen constraints in real-time. Ensure site safety compliance and effective workforce deployment at all installation stages. Cost, Quality & Performance Management Prepare project budgets, cost estimations, and BOQ validations; track actual vs. planned expenditure. Optimize operational costs through resource efficiency and vendor negotiations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production, logistics, and installation standards. Required Skills & Competencies Strong project management experience in furniture, modular furniture, interior fit-outs, carpentry production, or manufacturing operations. Excellent understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, hardware systems, joinery techniques, and installation methodologies. Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Excel, Gantt charts, ERP systems). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance under deadlines. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to high-quality delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Operations, or related field. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
