This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time As a Founding Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling an AI-driven operations platform that functions as a 24×7 virtual teammate for logistics service providers. This is a high-impact, early-stage leadership role where you will operate at the intersection of technology, product, and operations. You will own mission-critical initiatives—from deploying AI agents at enterprise customers to creating scalable processes that support rapid growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to help shape the foundation of a high-growth technology company. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Define, manage, and track project roadmaps for AI agent deployments across enterprise customers Build scalable processes and systems to support growth from a limited set of workflows to thousands of autonomous operations Coordinate customer onboarding, implementations, and go-live milestones to ensure successful outcomes Drive internal operational excellence by improving workflows, productivity, and execution discipline Manage clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and internal teams Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and proactively drive resolution Establish project management best practices, tools, and reporting mechanisms to support scale What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives end-to-end Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality Demonstrated experience working closely with technical teams and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business context Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or Notion Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by a data-driven decision-making mindset Comfort working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with long working hours and high ownership expectations Prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS environments is a strong advantage Startup experience and the ability to rapidly learn, adapt, and operate in ambiguity will help you succeed in this role
