Description
IBMC is assisting a high-growth international Lifestyle, Wellness & F&B Brand Group headquartered in Singapore to find a dynamic Project Manager. With a highly successful track record across Southeast Asia, our client develops and scales distinctive, trend-driven brands spanning premium F&B, beauty, wellness, art, and retail. As they aggressively launch new business ventures in Indonesia, they are seeking a strategic launch specialist to lead their expansion roadmap. We are looking for a forward-thinking, highly organized Project Manager – Wellness & F&B to spearhead the end-to-end execution of new business ventures in Indonesia. This unique role combines project management, fit-out operations, brand development, and regulatory coordination. You will be the central anchor responsible for transforming creative business concepts into fully operational, legally compliant, and successful outlet openings. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Launch Execution: Lead the complete deployment lifecycle of new wellness and F&B concepts, managing everything from interior renovations and fit-outs to branding and market entry. Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between international senior management, internal departments, contractors, interior designers, and external vendors. Concept & Positioning Support: Conduct rigorous market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic recommendations on concept positioning, brand identity, and pre-launch marketing. Permits & Licensing: Coordinate and navigate local regulatory compliance, securing all necessary business permits and licenses with relevant Indonesian authorities. Timeline & Risk Management: Meticulously monitor project budgets, construction timelines, and potential risks to ensure seamless delivery with zero opening delays. Operational Readiness: Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute pre-opening marketing promotions, brand activations, and ensure the operations team is 100% ready for day-one launch. Documentation Architecture: Maintain precise and accurate project records, including vendor contracts, legal permits, blueprints, and renovation schedules. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in hospitality, wellness, retail, or F&B. Track Record: Proven experience in successfully managing new outlet openings (New Store Openings/NSO), commercial renovations, or concept development projects. Regulatory Understanding: Strong familiarity with Indonesian business licensing, zoning, and permit processes is highly preferred. Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory for regional stakeholder management. Mandarin or Korean skills are an advantage. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or Hospitality Management. Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented "builder" mindset with the ability to handle multiple vendor relationships simultaneously under pressure. Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives and an annual performance bonus. Allowances & Leave: THR (Religious Holiday Allowance) and competitive annual leave entitlement. Health & Security: Comprehensive medical benefits, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Global Growth: Guaranteed career development within a leading regional hospitality group, including overseas training opportunities. On-Site Perks: Daily staff meals and exclusive employee discounts across all portfolio lifestyle brands.
