We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in project management methodologies. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in supervising teams within a project management context.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in team management with effective leadership qualities.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience in cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders alike.
• Proficient in using project management software including Basecamp, Smartsheet, Project Server, Salesforce, Visio, SAS, and ServiceNow.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to analyse data effectively to support project decisions.
